# What can I take to a first visit?

## Begin with your concern

Note the reason you came here and the change you hope to see. Bring your medicine list and any records you already have. If an ad prompted the search, bring the claim you want explained.

As of October 1, 2026, [FDA's drug records](https://api.fda.gov/drug/drugsfda.json?search=products.active_ingredients.name:%22IPAMORELIN%22+OR+products.brand_name:%22IPAMORELIN%22) contain no approved US ipamorelin medicine. FDA is short for Food and Drug Administration, the agency for US drugs. Ask whether the medicine is approved and what rule allows it to be made.
